How many dogs can I bring?
We accept a maximum of 6 dogs at any one time. Please ensure you have selected the correct booking for the number of dogs you are bringing and leave plenty of time to get your dog’s back into your vehicle ready to leave before the next slot. If you wish to bring more than 6 dogs with you, please drop us an email.

What facilities are on the site?
We provide poo bags, poo bins and drinking water for your dogs. There is also a shelter for shade or respite from the rain! The field is enclosed using 6 feet high, purpose made dog field netting. Over time, we are also aiming to purchase more enrichment equipment for the field.
Our field has stunning views over the valley which we can't wait for our fellow dog walkers to experience. There is also a pet first aid box on site.

What if I need to cancel or change my slot?
We understand that you may need to cancel or change your slot. If you need to reschedule, you can do this up to 12 hours before the time you were due to come.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we can ask you do this 24 hours before your allocated slot to ensure you are refunded. Instructions on how to do this will be on your confirmation email.

Are there other animals/livestock nearby?
We have goats, chickens and our domestic pets (dogs and a cat) on the farm and from time to time there may be other animals in our neighbouring fields, such as horses or sheep. We have designed the field so that there is space between the dog field and our other fields which will have the same fencing barrier as the rest of the field. If you have any concerns about this, please do get in touch.

Do you accept banned breeds, such as XL bullies?
All dogs are welcome at Happy Tails. However, we ask that you follow the required government guidelines that are detailed in full on our Terms & Conditions page. You will also need to provide an exemption certificate when you book online. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this and we will be happy to assist you.

Is there somewhere to park?
We have a dedicated waiting area outside the main gate that can accommodate 2 cars where you can wait until the person using the field before you are ready to leave. If your group has 3 or more cars, please do not park on the road to wait.
Please park inside the gate and lock it behind you for the duration of your session and before getting your dog out of your vehicle.
